SOLURA
Your active identity doesn’t end with perimenopause.
It requires a different playbook.
You've trained for years. You know your body, you know how to work hard, and you know what results look like. So why isn't it working anymore?
The performance dips, the body that won't respond, the recovery that takes twice as long — it's not a lack of effort. It's not in your head. And it's not a reason to slow down.
This is perimenopause meeting a high-performing body. It requires a different kind of coaching. Not softer. Not cheerleading. A data-grounded plan that adapts to where you actually are — so you can keep making progress, on your terms, and trust what you see.
Solura is that coaching. Built by an athlete, for athletes. With data behind every decision.
Solura helps women connect training, symptoms, and health patterns for better performance and care.
Solura is a performance coaching practice, not a wellness app.
We work in small cohorts of 6–10 women over 8 weeks. Every client completes a weekly check-in. We track recovery scores, training load, energy patterns, and hormonal context, and we use that data to adapt your coaching week by week.
Progress here is measured differently than it was at 32. Sleep consistency. Sustained training load. Energy stability. Confidence in your body. These are trackable, improvable, and they compound.
Honest coaching. Not cheerleading.
Who this is for
You've been an athlete for years. You're a high-achiever professionally. You're in your late 30s, 40s or early 50s and something has shifted — in your recovery, your body composition, your energy, your confidence in training. You want data, not reassurance. You want a coach who understands goal setting and training for performance and drive, not just responding to symptoms.
Who this is not for
If you're primarily seeking medical guidance on HRT or hormonal management, Solura isn't the right fit. We coach performance and goals for each stage of life. We're happy to refer you to excellent menopause-specialist physicians. This is not another wellness program.

I built Solura because I kept seeing the same gap — and because I had the performance background and the data background to fill it.
