Hello

I’m Magdalena Sandoval Donahue, a two-time U.S. Olympic Trials marathoner, mother of three, geology PhD, and running coach.

I’ve always been driven to push for the highest levels of strength and performance, while building the foundations of lasting health by cultivating vitality in body, mind, and life.

Solura was created from my own journey: the search for a clear, data-driven way for women to navigate perimenopause and menopause without losing their athletic and active-lifestyle identity.

At Solura, our mission is threefold:

  • To help women better understand their own bodies during perimenopause and menopause

  • To provide clear, data-driven insights that fuel stronger, more informed conversations with medical providers; and

  • To build a supportive community of active women who uplift one another through this transition.

Together, we’re redefining these life stanges as a time of clarity, connection, and strength — laying the foundation for a vibrant and fulfilling active lifestyle.
