The Performance Reset — 8-week cohort

A small-group coaching program for high-achieving women navigating perimenopause. 6–10 women per cohort. 8 weeks. Data-tracked. Honest.

What's included:

  • Weekly 60-minute group coaching call

  • Personalized training plan adapted weekly to your check-in data

  • Two 30-minute 1:1 sessions (weeks 1 and 5)

  • Weekly analytics dashboard (your data, legible)

  • Async messaging with your coach (responses within 24 business hours)

  • Founding member status and priority access to future cohorts

Who this is for:

You've been an athlete for years. You're a high-achiever professionally. You're in your late 30s, 40s or early 50s and something has shifted — in your recovery, your body composition, your energy, your confidence in training. You want data, not reassurance. You want a coach who understands performance, not just symptoms.

Who this is not for:

If you're primarily seeking medical guidance on HRT or hormonal management, Solura isn't the right fit — we coach performance, not symptoms. We're happy to refer you to excellent menopause-specialist physicians. If you expect a motivational wellness program, this isn't it.
